We are pleased to offer both pick-up and local delivery services. Customers may arrange for in-store pick-up or select local delivery at the time of checkout.
Delivery Timeframes and Availability
Please be advised that all shipping and delivery dates are established by the manufacturer and third-party transportation providers and are therefore beyond our control. While we make every effort to provide accurate estimates, delays may occur.
Product availability is subject to change. Certain items may be temporarily out of stock or back-ordered due to ongoing supply chain constraints. Upon placement of your order, our team will contact you to confirm availability and provide an estimated delivery or pick-up timeframe. Should you have any questions prior to ordering, we encourage you to contact us directly.
Customers will be contacted several days in advance of order readiness to schedule a convenient delivery or pick-up date and time. Our professional and bonded delivery personnel are highly experienced and committed to ensuring that all deliveries are completed with the utmost care, efficiency, and minimal disruption.
Delivery Fees
A standard delivery fee of $125 applies to locations within a 20 km radius of our store, including Arthur, Guelph, Orangeville, Rockwood and Kitchener-Waterloo.
Delivery services outside of this area may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for further information and pricing.
